Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies of the brand and the overall company to achieve growth targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and customer experience.
• Research and understand the features, benefits, and pricing of Competitors
• Develop a sales strategy and sales funnel to effectively reach and engage potential customers
• Create and maintain a database of potential customers and leads
• Contact potential customers through phone, email, or in-person meetings to introduce and highlight their features and benefits
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury accessories market
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to network and represent the brand
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers
• Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
• Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue goals
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions
• Stay knowledgeable about competitor products and pricing to effectively differentiate and position the brand
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and product improvements
Qualifications
• Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
• Excellent knowledge of the sales funnels, processes, and strategies, including cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline management
• Experience in negotiating with vendors and agencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the fashion or leather industry is a must
