Role Description
Nexrise India Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join its team in Jaipur. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing existing clients and establishing new relationships with customers, as well as identifying new market opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales. This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur.
Qualifications
• Proven sales experience in the construction equipment or related industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
• Ability to travel frequently and work independently
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing or a related field
• Experience and knowledge of height safety equipment, scaffolding solutions, and working at heights is an added advantage
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
