Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Sales Manager at DS Pure Grow LLP. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, designing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales quotas and goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to foster positive relationships with clients and team members
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in the agricultural / horticulture industries is a plus
