Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager located in Pune. As a Sales Manager at STAYBO, you will be responsible for managing operations and driving revenue growth, and building relationships with clients. You will also plan and implement sales strategies to meet corporate objectives, and play a key role in enhancing the brand of STAYBO through a wide range of marketing initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related fields will be add on advantage. 1 + years of sales experience in the travel industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and identifying growth opportunities with new and existing clients Excellent. interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Experience with CRM tools and analyzing sales data to develop insights and forecast trends Ability to work collaboratively across different functions and with remote teams Fluency in English, both written and spoken
