• Department – Sales Reporting to – Cluster Head
• Reportee - Sales Officer / Sr Sales Officer Qualification – Any Graduate + MBA (Preferred)
• Experience – Minimum 5 Years in sales of Building Material Products (Mandatory) Responsibilities
• · Sales of Building Material products through project and retail channel
• · Handling of Key Accounts and Project Sales
• · Good relations with Builders & Architects
• · Knowledge of Site Management
• · Sales Budgeting & Planning
• · Proper Credit Control
• · Developing new avenues for developing business
• · Team Handling Requirements -
• · Minimum Graduate in any field. Masters in Business Administration shall be preferred
• · Minimum 5 Years of experience in sales of building material
• · Strong Communication skills
• · Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• · Ability to manage complex projects
• · Ability to work with minimum guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainties
• · Comfortable in distant reporting
