With over 30 years of experience in the weaving industry, we have 400+ water jet looms producing 60 million meters per annum. Our preparatory department is equipped with 46080 spindles of Twisting Machine and we can weave fabrics of all widths ranging from 36” to 120". We offer a wide range of products that can be used for various purposes including making children's wear, home furnishing fabrics like cushion covers, bed sheets, curtains and drapes, and technical materials for hospital bedsheets, gowns, luggage, and bags.
Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Airjet Loom Sales Manager to work onsite at our location in Surat. The role involves developing a strategic and tactical approach to sales while actively reaching out to prospects and customers. Daily tasks include conducting sales meetings, following up with clients, preparing sales quotations and presentations and negotiating contracts. Additionally, you will be required to oversee the sales team and mentor junior sales representatives.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in textile sales, preferably in the Airjet Loom industry
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and mentor junior sales representatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
• Ability to travel as required
