Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager located at our Mahesana office with the flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales, coordinating with sales teams, analyzing sales data, setting sales targets, and developing sales strategies to meet the company's sales objectives. Other duties include conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
• Sales, Negotiation, and Marketing skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to analyze and interpret sales data
• Experience managing and leading sales teams
• Experience in the engineering, industrial, or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively and remotely with teams across different locations and time zones
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
