About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our home improvement team. If you enjoy meeting new people, have a knack for design or home upgrades, and thrive on closing sales – this is the job for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Attend pre-booked appointments and in-home consultations
Understand client needs and recommend suitable home improvement products - roller shutters, plantation shutters and outdoor blinds.
Providing on site customer quotes
Achieve weekly sales targets and KPIs
Provide excellent customer service from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
Previous sales experience (in-home, retail, or B2C preferred)
A genuine interest in home improvement and design
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Current driver’s license and own vehicle (essential)
Basic computer skills for quotes and emails
