Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role (located in Ahmedabad with some flexibility to work remotely) for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales growth and revenue targets for Renest Hotels & Resorts. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating sales reports.
Qualifications
• Experience in hospitality sales or related field
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Experience in generating leads and building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills and experience in creating sales reports
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of the local market and languages other than English is a plus
