Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager/ASM located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Manager/ASM will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive sales growth, identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, managing relationships with key clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This role will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of sales representatives.
Qualifications
• Five or more years of sales experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully managing a team of sales representatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new market opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
