Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
As our Sales Manager - Leisure & Partnerships, you'll lead the charge in developing and executing sales strategies across the Leisure segment (wholesale FIT, Groups & Series) for our Hotels, Food & Beverage, and Sky Tower business units. Reporting to the Director of Hotels, you'll play a key role in achieving revenue and visitation targets while fostering strong industry relationships.
Drive sales campaigns and business development initiatives across leisure and partnership segments
Manage key relationships with inbound agents, tourism partners, and sponsorship stakeholders
Collaborate with operational leaders to meet commercial targets
Deliver insightful sales reporting and contribute to budget planning and forecasting
Mōu | About You
Proven experience in a sales management role within hospitality or tourism
A strong track record of building client relationships and delivering results
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
Passion for hospitality, entertainment, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Background in hotel or hospitality sales
Familiarity with international markets and customer segmentation
Experience working across multi-venue or attraction-based sites
