About the Role:

An established and growing used car dealership is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of sales consultants. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving results while maintaining an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

Support sales staff with deal structuring, negotiations, and closing

Monitor CRM usage and ensure timely lead follow-ups

Assist in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of sales consultants

Collaborate with Finance and Inventory teams to ensure seamless operations

Analyze sales data to adjust strategy and optimize performance

Maintain high standards of customer service and dealership professionalism

Qualifications:

3+ years of automotive sales or sales management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to motivate and coach team members

Proven track record of exceeding sales goals

Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership software

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
