Job Description
This role involves working closely with existing sales executives based in Pune, Vapi, and Surat, and handling key customer interactions where senior-level involvement is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist and support sales executives in managing high-end and key customers
• Participate in joint customer meetings, negotiations, and closures
• Act as a central coordination point between sales team and management
• Track sales performance, follow-ups, and customer developments across regions
• Prepare sales updates and reports for senior management
• Support business development initiatives and strategic accounts
• Travel across regions as required to support the sales team
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales
• Mandatory experience in engineering polymers / plastics / chemicals
• Experience handling key accounts and distributor based sales
• Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills
• Comfortable working with field sales teams across locations
• Willingness to travel frequently
