Target Achievement
Drive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches Sales Support
Support the Customer Relationship Officer in the branch for Sales efforts, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, and accompanying client calls.
Engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance.
Spearheaded all lead generation initiatives from the bankthrough walk-ins, data mining, referrals, etc.

Activate Penetrate branches for Insurance Sales
Arranging training programs for bank staff on products and sellingskills

QUANTITATIVE
Achievement of Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly and Annual SalesTarget
CTC for B1 Level up to Rs. 3.25 LPA + Rs. 5000/- reimbursement allowances + Incentives
CTC for B2 Level, up to Rs. 4.25 LPA + Rs. 5000/- reimbursement allowances + Incentives
Preferred Credentials
• Work Experience - Min 1-4 years of Sales Experience in Bancassurance - Life Insurance with good consistency
• Target Achievement - Prev FY - 85% to 100 % and above
• Age- Below 35 Years
• Qualification - Graduates / MBAs of formal education are desirable.
• Must be a performer in his present role.
• Should have completed one year in his present job.
