Requirements Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, market trends, and competitors activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase sales.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance.
- Set sales targets for the team, monitor individual and team performance, and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
Customer Service and Relationship Management:
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently, maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, attending to customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper product assortment, and effective stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with the buying team to forecast demand, analyze product performance, and make recommendations for stock ordering and assortment optimization.
Visual Merchandising:
- Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure appealing and attractive displays that showcase the jewellery collection effectively.
- Monitor visual merchandising standards and make adjustments as needed to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the jewellery industry.
- Strong sales acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of jewellery products, materials, and industry trends.
- Customer-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
