Job Title: Field Sales Manager - Vendor Onboarding

As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive to drive vendor onboarding and expand our network of suppliers. Job Responsibilities:

Vendor Onboarding: Identify, approach, and onboard new vendors for the supply of water cans in designated areas.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure a reliable and consistent supply chain.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and assess the competitive landscape.

Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality control.

Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vendor onboarding, actively monitoring progress and taking corrective actions if necessary.

Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to vendors to ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and procedures.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, contracts, and agreements. Generate reports on vendor performance and provide insights to management.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Finance, to streamline vendor onboarding processes and address any operational challenges.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for vendor acquisition and growth.

Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with vendors to address any customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, vendor management, or business development. Experience in the FMCG or water can sales industry is a plus.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language(s) of the designated area.

Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Sales Acumen: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure favorable terms and conditions with vendors.

Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve operational challenges independently, while seeking guidance from the management when required.

Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for driving business growth and expansion.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area to meet vendors and manage onboarding activities.
