• Put together a team of sales representatives and hire, train, and manage them.
• Hiring potential financial leaders and advisors.
• Ensuring training of agents as per business requirements.
• Ensuring business hygiene standards, in face of business pressure.
• Ensuring the planned spread of business across diverse product lines of the company.
• Concentrate on potential for cross-selling and upselling.
• Control the closure processes for the month and the year.
• Outreach in the field to as many clients as possible.
• Convince the customer to buy your products or services.
