Secure additional business (both Domestic and Exports) by way of Cold-calling, Analyzing Import/Export Data with the help of Software for all the divisions of the company with focus on:o Zinc Oxideo PVC StabilizersDevelop and maintain relationship with the customers and co-ordinate the sales activities with themResponsible for managing the sales documentation team.Co-ordinate with all the factories and ensure dispatches are made on time.Regular Follow-ups with the customers on receivablesAssisting in Export Documentation.Preparing regular MIS Reports such as Sales Comparisons Product wise / Customer wise / Statewide, Sales Forecast Vs Actuals etc. for the managementRepresenting the company in various Exhibitions and Conferences as per the instructions of the management.Collate market data of competitors, analyze the same and report to the managementProvide Sales Forecast for each month to the respective factories for Production Planning.Any other activities as required by the Management Requirements:Minimum Educational Qualification Graduate.Candidate should have Minimum Experience of 6 Years in MarketingCandidate should have relevant experience in the PVC Chemicals IndustryExperience in Other Chemical Industries will be an advantageFluency in English language and Communicational Skills such as Email writing are mandatory.Strong organisational and Time Management skills are required.Basic Excel Skills such as Data formatting using tools like Pivot Tables, Vlookups etc arerequired.
