Job Description
To drive property sales and expand client base. You will be responsible to develop and implement sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities and build relationships with clients and will be responsible for guiding them through property transactions - from initial contact to closing the deal. You will be overseeing all sales activities, support the team members to achieve the targets.
1. Generate leads, manage client relationships, Oversee cold calling efforts
2. Handle Sales of Plots / Flats / Villas
3. Meet revenue targets consistently
4. Support team with training and client handling strategies.
5. Engage with clients and ensure high conversion rates
6. Track revenue performance and report metrics
7. Lead business development through sales strategies
8. Collaborate with CRM for Post sales activities and ensure smooth documentation is completed.
9. Handhold clients till handing over and ensure their requirements are fulfilled
Any Graduate with 2+ Years of experience and good communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
