Experience: 1+ Years in Field Sales
CTC: Up to 4.25 CTC + Incentive + Others Benefits
Location: Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and meet potential customers in the field.
Promote & sell BFSI Products.
Build and lead your own sales team.
Achieve monthly sales & team targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships.
Candidate Profile:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (an MBA is advantageous).
1+ years of sales & marketing experience
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
