• Must have managed a team of salespeople
• Must be proficient in writing proposals in clear English
• Regular meetings with proposed customers assess the proposals and close deals
• Daily monitoring of sales & operations. Ensuring the targets are met through joint calls.
• Keeping a track of documentation and Processes.
• Regular meetings with the sales and operation team to keep them motivated.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Selling only Electric products in Bangalore to Institution and not dealers
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Must have managed a team of salespeople

Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Participating in sales team meetings.
Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
Maintaining client relations.
Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
Creating and presenting sales performance reports
