We are looking for a dynamic sales manager to help us build stronger relations and drive higher engagement and sales of our Specialisation training product.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager - College Partnerships at Internshala, you will be responsible for:
• Generate leads through the UR channel and cold calls/emails.
• Qualify leads leading to sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with college management.
• Pitch our specialization program to the college authorities and students through in-person seminars.
• Close the deal with the colleges & onboard them on IS.
• Optimize sales strategies in order to increase efficiency and maximize revenue.
• Tracking and analyzing KPIs to determine whether current sales and service strategies are effective.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in sales and service with university/college clients.
• Has good public-speaking skills.
• Someone who knows all the ins and outs of sales.
• Has the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
• Has excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
