SALES MANAGER
Thoroughly examine creditworthiness of our customer base and exercise control on any payment defaults, managing agent productivity and their respective credit limits.
Ensure team members individual productivity is met as per targets.

Establish, execute and follow-up on the annual sales strategy.
Keep an open mind to new ideas and ways of conducting business, while focusing on the company's goals and business plan.
Assess account developments in terms of customer behavior, competitor activities, tools, technology and trends, and evaluate appropriate measures with the goal of profitability.
3 to 5 years of equivalent experience in sales.
Must have demonstrated knowledge in IT literacy.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
