Sales- Corporate Salary- Employee Banking
8 ~ + LPA
To understand the offer/arrangement made to the Corporates by the Bank
To penetrate every Corporate relationship by signing up for additional salary accounts on an ongoing basis
To ensure that all accounts get salary credits
To identify and resolve service issues faced by the Corporates
To generate cross sales of various liability/assets products
Provide feedback/recommendations for weeding out accounts
To co ordinate/assist the Service RMs in resourcing/conducting training camps/road shows in identified Corporates
To grow and manage the portfolio profitability
To coordinate with Service Branch RMs, Sales, Assets and other departments on an on going basis
Cross sell targets of assets and insurance would be existing
