KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee sales & marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals
Design and initiate strategies for sales growth
Responsible for the daily operations of the store, including after sales service and in store visual merchandising
Seek out opportunities for expansion and actively develop new clients consistently strengthening existing client relationships
Provide guidance and feedback while engaging and motivating the staff to strengthen operations Responsible for implementing clear standard operational procedures
• Preparing monthly review information to the management
Oversee recruitment and training of employees

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Age 28 to 45
Educational qualification in Business Management / Administration or Proven success in
managerial role with minimum 2-4 years' experience in managerial position.
Good command in English & Sinhala
• Competence with computer skills, office management software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.,) will be an added advantage
• EXECUTIVE
• Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Strong decision making ability and negotiation skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of personalities
• Ability to plan, delegate, lead employees & evaluate progress towards achieving goals Must be able to work retail hours.
Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
