Career opportunity with Burckhardt Compression
We are looking for an experienced Sales professional (PROGNOST – Condition Monitoring System) to strengthen our Services Division.
Position location: Delhi
This position empowers you with following responsibilities;
• Generate project enquiries by identifying and developing potential customers for PROGNOST – Monitoring and Diagnostic (M&D) System by focusing on end user, upcoming & ongoing projects in Indian market.
• Develop and generate revamp / refit projects for PROGNOST – Monitoring and Diagnostic with end users
• Visiting Customers for technical & commercial discussion & also giving presentation to make them aware of company profile, products range, future developments, as required.
• Help and develop the Front sales team for generating enquiries for M&D
• Developing the EPC, end user, OEM market and getting PROGNOST approved in the AVL
• To receive, understand & respond to enquiries and customer queries for various projects and do engineering for the same.
• To prepare bids & tenders. To obtain approvals and arranging all the supporting quotations for preparing bid.
• Scrutinize inquiry for commercial terms, commercial terms, delivery schedule, cost involved, prepare cost sheets
• Continuous follow up with customers to resolve all their queries related to the project till receipt of order.
• Liaison within the organization for technical requirement of the project.
• Solve all the queries of internal customer in any during order transfer meeting.
• Build the relationship with key customer by regular visits.
• Co-ordinate for services for E&C
• Scrutiny of purchase order from client and issuing Sales Order.
Education / Experience
• BE (Mech) with 10-15 yrs. Exp. In Sales and Application department
• Knowledge of vibration and condition monitoring products
• Skills: Business acumen
• Should be from Vibration background with good knowledge of condition monitoring products, certification in vibration analysis will be added advantage
Language skills
• Good Communication skills (both written and verbal) in English & Hindi
• Knowledge of German would be an added advantage
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• This role demands deep understanding of vibration and its application in industries
• It also demands to be aware of market intelligence to be counter strike the competitor's strategy
• Enquiries generated, its conversion to orders
• Achieving O/I & sales target
