About the Role
As a Sales Manager in Financial Services, you will:
• Meet and exceed new sales quotas to achieve growth objectives while enhancing customer experiences through collaboration with Client Management associates.
• Ensure all territories are adequately staffed, actively participating in recruitment efforts.
• Hire talented sales professionals with a strong understanding of product and market dynamics, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates to swiftly address staffing needs.
• Provide effective performance coaching and training to your team, aiding in the achievement of sales targets.
• Manage your team with efficiency, monitoring pipeline activity, sales involvement, expenses, and performance metrics on a monthly basis.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and Sales Enablement to optimize sales performance and drive revenue growth.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any escalation issues and providing necessary support.
About You
You will be a great fit for the Sales Manager, Financial Services if you possess:
• A four-year degree or equivalent experience; an MBA or JD is preferred.
• 5-7 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• A background in capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, or related areas, with an understanding of debt finance transactions.
• Sales management experience, ideally within the legal sector.
• Experience in coaching sales processes, product training, and professional development.

The target total cash compensation for this role ranges from $199,500 to $370,500 based on your experience and skills.
