Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager for Celebrate Vacation Hotels and Tour & Travel packages and Group Departures, located in Delhi / Delhi NCR. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase bookings for our hotels and travel packages. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, Travel Agents, managing relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and overseeing promotional activities. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for monitoring sales performance, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to design and implement effective campaigns.
Qualifications
• Experience in Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Strong skills in Market Research and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Promotional Activities and Campaign Management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of the hospitality and travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Should have a Bike / Scooty to conduct sales meeting with Travel Agents offices.
