CTAP SYSTEM has an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and experienced IT professional who will be responsible for leading the transformation and growing the revenues in one of our growing segments in Enterprise business.
Role & Responsibilities
The Account Manager (AM)- role adds value to CTAP SYSTEMS by delivering a well-managed, profitable and growing business through world class relationship management and sales-excellence practices where the customer views the Sales person as a trusted advisor.
The Account Manager is expected to deliver Sales Excellence in Relationship Management, Opportunity Management and Business Management enabled through tools, processes, executive engagement and collaboration with extended teams. Together, they help build strong trusted advisor relationships yielding high customer satisfaction and goal attainment.
• Expand the wallet share in the account through year-over-year percentage increase in customer addressable revenue and thereby continue to elevate CTAP strategic position.
• Pipeline and forecast management as per the defined metrics.
• Drive business value in every discussion and proposal presented.
• Achieving a better understanding of the competitive landscape in the account.
• Developing a deeper understanding of the market and an in-depth knowledge of the customer's industry and core business process.
• Gaining a more in-depth focus on industry or vertical solutions to meet customer needs, and the business value proposition that CTAP SYSTEMS offers in helping customers meet their challenges and business opportunities.
• Finding optimal ways to sell with an understanding of current business environment through creative
• opportunity creation, deal structuring, value propositions, etc., that demonstrates our ability help customers reduce costs and get optimal value for their investment.
• Ability to develop complex account plans, planning and execution of the same.
• Working experience with leading OEM’s like Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Dell, HP etc. •
Minimum Qualifications
• 8-10+ years of sales experience in Enterprise/Telecom industry.
Desired Skills
• Experience in selling to large Enterprise/Telecom Services Provider
• Strong time management, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Sound business decision making ability.
• Ability to influence and engage senior customer executives and business decision makers.
• Awareness of leading IT OEM's
