Role Description
The Sales Manager - Home Loan is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune, Maharashtra. The position involves day-to-day tasks such as developing and implementing sales strategies, generating new business, building customer relationships, managing and overseeing the sales process, identifying opportunities for product development and improvement, and working collaboratively with different departments to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Finance or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Home Loans and Mortgages
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills
• Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with different teams in a target-driven environment
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for business growth
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Certification in Sales and Marketing is a plus
