Sales Manager - Hotel and Resorts
We invite applications from well-experienced, highly competent, and professionally qualified individuals for the position of Sales Manager, based out of New Delhi, to lead and drive sales for our luxury boutique resort in Rishikesh and premium nature retreat in Kanatal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Actively identify and pursue new B2B and B2C business opportunities, including travel agents, corporates, wellness groups, destination wedding organisers and event planners.
• Manage relationships with travel trade partners, online travel agencies (OTAs), and corporate clients.
• Plan and execute promotional activities and roadshows across relevant domestic and international markets.
• Work closely with the reservations, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment with brand and service standards.
• Provide periodic sales reports, market intelligence, and performance analytics to senior management.
Candidate Profile:
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury hospitality or travel segment.
• Strong network and proven track record of target-based sales achievements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Rishikesh, Kanatal, and other relevant locations.
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
