As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by selling our extensive range of interior designs. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in sales.Qualifications and SkillsProven experience as a Sales Manager in the interior design industryExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong network of contacts in the industryAbility to understand client requirements and propose suitable design solutionsGoal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targetsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsKnowledge of interior design trends, products, and technologiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldRoles and ResponsibilitiesManage the sales process from lead generation to closure, including identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contractsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers to understand their needs and promote our design solutionsDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market reachCollaborate with the design team to develop innovative design proposals that meet customer requirementsStay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clientsTrack and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales performancePrepare sales reports and forecasts to present to senior managementStay informed about the latest interior design trends, products, and technologies
