MBA / M.Tech / B.Tech , having 4 - 8 years of experience in the field of Concept / Software selling, Client Relations Management, Project Management , Development & Implementation of sales strategy, Strong MIS and analytical skills to achieve business growth targets.
Role Description:
• Leading sales team to achieve monthly / yearly sales targets
• Client Management, Negotiations and concluding sales orders
• Generating leads, demonstrating products and tracking progress on leads till conclusion 4. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads.
• Understanding customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Develop & implement innovative sales & marketing strategies across multiple channels 7. Analyse trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
• Use alternative & collaborative thinking to generate and realize sales lead.
• Performance monitoring of team & working on continuous improvement in performance. 10. Meticulous planning & excellent execution
