• Client Engagement:
• Build and maintain relationships with US IT clients, understanding their staffing needs.
• Business Growth:
• Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities to expand our US IT client base.
• Position Acquisition:
• Collaborate with teams to secure new US IT positions and contracts.
• Sales Targets:
• Set and achieve revenue targets, monitoring and adapting strategies for success.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
• Revenue Generation:
• Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in US IT staffing sales.
• Client Acquisition:
• Successfully acquire new US IT clients and maintain satisfaction.
• Position Acquisition:
• Secure new US IT positions to expand staffing opportunities.
• Market Expansion:
• Contribute to the growth of Healthcare Staffing Solutions in the US IT staffing sector.
• Performance Analysis:
• Analyze sales metrics regularly to enhance overall effectiveness in US IT staffing sales.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record in US IT staffing sales and client management.
• Strong understanding of US IT roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• 1-2 Years of experience in Key Account Management in US IT Staffing
