What does this role do?(About the Position)
Sales Manager is expected to track, deep-dive and provide insights for specific business functions. The role expects the candidate to independently structure the problem, draw relevant insights leveraging data and work with functional leaders to drive them to conclusion.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
• Partner with relevant retailers and understand their requirements and nearby market responses.
• Generate revenue and drive newly launched products.
• Area like after-sales support, problem solving, and payment collection should be focused as well.
What do you need?
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
• 3+ years' of sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of online sales driven platform like IndiaMart and Justdial.
• Knowing in and out of Jaipur and up-country market diversity and geography.
Pay Structure:
• Fixed Pay - Rs. 20000/- per month
• Variable - 4% of Cash Sales
• Fuel Reimbursement - Rs. 3/Km
