[Roles and Responsibilities
• Managing day to day activities in sales and customer relationship management, managing sales from existing clients
• Building and maintaining long term relationships with customers.
• Coordination with internal departments like production, quality, dispatch, transportation, accounts to ensure on-time deliveries of products strictly in line with customer requirements in terms of quality, quantity, Packaging, Delivery Schedules etc with proper and correct documentation.
• Ensuring on-time payments from the customers.
• Managing digital presence of the company, brochures, presentations, web, presence on various b2b portals, advertisement and promotions etc.
• Business Development in domestic and export market for Bronze Ingots & Brass.
• Market Research and analysis
• Identifying and targeting new markets and prospects
• Preparing and executing sales strategy for various target markets and prospective clients
• Prospecting, qualifying targeting, identifying customer needs, developing value propositions, presenting solutions and closing the sales for long term business prospect
• Running various marketing campaigns
• Managing Marketing & Promotional activities
• Maintaining relationship with the clients and ensuring regular business
Qualifications
• Min. Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration, Preferably MBA or post graduate in Marketing / Commerce / Business Administration
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
