Responsible for all activities which falls into under branch - which includes business development, operation, admin, etc.
Core responsibility is business development and strive to maintain profitable branch. -Responsible for building and nurturing team.
Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals.
Coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
Should have good amount of understanding about financial instrument likes Mutual Fund, Equity, Fixed Income instruments like FD, Bond, NCD etc.
