The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales and achieving sales targets for the company's empanelled real estate projects. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and monitoring sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets for real estate projects.

Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities, including partnerships with real estate brokers and other industry professionals.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as investors and customers.

Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create and implement effective campaigns and promotions.

Analyse market trends and competitors to stay ahead of industry developments and maintain a competitive edge.

Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
