Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing sales reports, and developing sales strategies. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and managing the sales team.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is preferred
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Beneficial skills and qualifications:
• Experience with CRM software
• Knowledge of scaffolding equipment and safety regulations
• Understanding of the Indian construction and infrastructure market
• Ability to speak multiple languages
