About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in selling Java services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the technology services industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. As the Sales Manager for Java Services, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base within this new line of business.

Job Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Java Services practice, identifying target markets, prospects, and growth opportunities.

Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, utilizing various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, networking, and inbound marketing.

Conduct client presentations and technical discussions, effectively communicating the value proposition of our Java programming and staffing services.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that sales targets and revenue goals are met or exceeded.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.

Collaborate with the technical team, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the leadership team, tracking progress towards sales targets and identifying areas for improvement.

Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

What We Look for in Candidate (i.e., Job Requirements)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within the technology services industry, with a strong focus on Java programming services.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Knowledge of sales and CRM tools, such as FreshSales, Salesforce or HubSpot.

Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the Java programming space.
