We now have an exciting opportunity for a New Vehicle Sales Manager to join the team at Macarthur Kia.

Our Sales Managers certainly have a seat at the leadership table. We work collaboratively and provide you with the tools and resources to help set you up for success. As a large and growing group, we know we know those with the right drive and ambition will be well placed to ignite their career towards senior leadership opportunities. This is a hands-on role where you will support your team by providing coaching, mentoring and leading by example. You will equally be responsible for the operational management of your sales team, including stocking, reporting and data analysis.

What the role entails:

Establish, monitor and ensure long- and short-term sales and gross profit objectives for both the department and individual sales team are met

Continuing ongoing focus on stock management in keeping with group policy and to maximise ROI

Mentoring and coaching sales team

Set clear standards to ensure superior customer experience.

Monitor and act on business management information and other key performance indicators to optimise used vehicle performance and profit opportunities

Driven individual who is prepared to work hard and invest time and effort to establish a rewarding career

Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Outstanding negotiation, written and verbal skills

Ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success

Knowledge of motor dealership systems, Pentana and Dealer Socket will be an advantage

Must be customer focused

Must possess sound knowledge of internet and selling skills required to maximise internet opportunities

Experience with prestige brands preferred, however not essential
