Salary: Up to ₹5.5 LPA

Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager to lead business growth in the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. The role focuses on sourcing quality business through direct channels and managing strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive LAP disbursement targets through direct sourcing and channel partners
• Build and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, and property brokers
• Ensure consistent portfolio growth within the assigned territory
• Maintain portfolio quality by adhering to credit and risk policies
• Monitor and improve IRR/yield through effective product mix
• Enhance channel productivity while maintaining sourcing standards
• Collaborate with credit and operations teams for faster approvals
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and promote LAP schemes
• Train and manage team members (if applicable) for performance and quality
• Support digital lead generation and sales initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of LAP / Mortgage products
• Existing network of DSAs, connectors, or brokers preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with credit & operations teams
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Services
• Proven track record in secured lending / LAP sales
• Strong local market understanding
