Job Description
The individual must be highly motivated with an entrepreneurial drive to excel and accustomed to working in a highly competitive environment and exposed to both medical and consumer business.
Roles and responsibilities:
Plan and execute GTM strategy to drive sales growth in the Region
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets and ensure field team is meeting incentives in line with business KPIs
- Work on monthly and quarterly volume and value forecast accurately for all existing and new products to ensure CFA and Distributor SOH and Fill rates are maintained as per norms
- Execute Best in class sales execution (100% achievement of Sales coverage norms and Trade SFE KPIs like Bills Cut, ECO, TLS, MSL, etc.) and In Store Excellence (Merchandising and Display)
- Preparing local BTL plan and reviewing with Trade Head and Marketing team
- Growing Business at Existing Retail Stores, building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
- Ability to identify new FMCG/OTC distributors and build relations objectively to scale up business (plan and execute Investment, Infrastructure, Market credit and Claims)
Min expectations for the role:
a) Experience - 12 years with 3 years in OTC
b) Market exposure - Maharashtra and Mumbai (Must) plus one more state in the west
c) Currently working as RSM or equivalent (min. 1 year)
d) Currently based out of Mumbai
