Summary
• TO cover all assign account with full customer coverage.
• Conducting events and promote the science & technique of all the products to targeted cutromers .
• Exploring new oppurtunites in govt and trade business.maintain 100% customer and account coverage .
• Negotiate rates and maintain cordial relationship with Purchase of all accounts
• Take care channel management , ensure optimum stock availabilty and collection of stockist
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for handling multiple sales management functions in the assigned geographic region. Responsible for sales targets achievement, Achieve KRA, distributor & trade channel management, key account & Key opinion leader (KOL) management with help of Manager.
Essential Job Functions
• Achieving sales target of assigned area, also product-wise sales targets are also achieved.
• Maintaining sales records, analyzing the same, and ensuring that sales trends for better preparation.
• Managing the local distribution channels of assigned area, Seek manager intervention wherever required.
• Liaise with the institutional stockists/liaison agents and hospital stores & purchase personnel to strengthen the availability and usage of our products in the institutional segment.
• Interaction with (Head Office) HO Marketing to procure technical and marketing information, and formulating tactics for field sales promotion.
• Ensuring ethical promotion of products to medical practitioners and hospitals. Developing key accounts, and Key Opinion Leaders for the focus products.
• Ensuring timely delivery of reports every sales period.
• Ensure that self and all team members comply with ‘Code of Ethics’ as prescribed by the company from time to time.
