Strengths required : Has to be a Male with extra ordinary communication skill, English fluent, flamboyant personality.
Qualification desired : Preferrable MBA in sales, or any other graduation is okay- as far as he is confident in his presentation.
Special inclination : Since we are into lifestyle automation product, we need someone who can understand design, quality, fashion and is able to connect with HNI clients and interior designers.
Experience required : Preferrably in the feels of sales of 4-5 years. Even freshers are invited, as far as they have the urge and thrust to succeed.
Salary package : Minimum would be 4-5 Lacs per annum, plus incentives and bonus as per their performance. This may even climb up to 10-12 Lacs per annum as per their output.
Work Profile: To meet select 30 top architects in Mumbai and follow up closely with their team members, to generate leads and promote about VTECH. No specific technical talks to be done, most of the content would be about the client profile of VTECH , their team strength and experience. Once a lead is generated the same shall be passed on to the sales expert team who shall in turn take the baton ahead towards closure. Most of these architects are within the limits of Andheri and Churchgate.
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
Participates in on-site and off-site visits with prospective clients as well as pre and post event meetings
Negotiates directly with clients to secure AV business and client vision
Works closely with AV staff to consult on selection and acquisition of AV equipment and labor
Summary: The basic and the only profile for this person shall be lead generation by means of promoting the concept of automation and the strength of VTECH.
