Description
Sales Manager provide property investment advice to clients after careful analysis of market conditions and trends. They identify the most feasible, cost-effective approach to help clients achieve their objectives.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Determine client's needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deed closing statements etc.)
• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
Responsibilities
• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent.
• Prior sales experience in Bank, Luxury Sales, Insurance, Luxury Cars, and retail is preferred
• Should have an up-to-date working knowledge of the Mumbai real Estate market.
• Have extensive and strong sales experience.
• Should have a hunger for success & financial gain
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 3+ years' of sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
