Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle Customer walk-ins, sales inquiries at the Sales Office.
• Review the performance of existing channel partners and connect to improve the funnel, sales and revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.
• Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the Channel Partners
• Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes, Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.
• Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
• Proposing & implementing sales promotion activities for the assigned project.
• Develop and implement channel partner programs such as training, marketing, and incentives.
• Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue.
• Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel.

• Expertise in marketing and sales strategies
• Improvement of lead generation and customer service strategies

• Coordinate activities of specialists and conduct market survey to gauge competitor behaviour.
• Prepare customer data bank and ensure regular follow ups to achieve monthly targets
