Role Description This is a full-time Sales Manager role, located in Pune with traveling to assigned region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales in the specified territory in India. The day-to-day tasks involve planning and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and working closely with other departments to meet the sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for enhancing BERMAD’s brand value in the region, representing the company at various events, expos, and conferences. Qualifications • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships • Understanding of waterworks, irrigation, or fire protection systems and related sales processes • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field • 10 years of relevant experience in Sales or Business Development • Knowledge of local languages and cultures would be beneficial
