Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Rajdeep Engineering Systems. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, including lead generation, client prospecting, relationship management, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales and business development
• Knowledge of engineering solutions and industrial products
• Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
