Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the RTE/RTC and Frozen Food categories by developing effective sales strategies, expanding the distribution network, and strengthening relationships with channel partners. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage key accounts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
• Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
• Monitor distributor performance, ensure secondary sales, and drive market penetration.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess competition, market trends, and customer needs.
• Plan and execute participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Prepare and review sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve organizational goals.Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG, specifically in RTE/RTC or Frozen Food industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
• Strong understanding of distribution networks, retail channels, and institutional sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
